How to Order: Please follow the instruction below:
L & J Reflection Inc. We are not freight forwarder the prices below are estimates for our customers only. We do not answer freight question; only for customers who are buying our product line or potential customers. Below is a chart of approximate shipping cost. **Shipping rate is functions of many variables and fluctuate quite frequently. The below cost exclude all associated internationals duties fees and tariffs, and taxes, port fees, drop shipment prices for each store. Another import factors is where the client takes possession of their goods, and who is responsible for paying each portion of the associated shipping cost. Detail charts below explain the terminology is listed. **Which shipping method does you recommend ocean shipping and cost are major drivers in answering this question. Generally we recommend Ocean Freight for larger volume orders. Shipping ocean will allows a lower cost per lb. But requires longer lead time. As mentioned below shipping via ocean typically takes 4-5 weeks. For smaller volume orders we recommend air fright which will save you on time. "But" it costly."

(3) There is a minimum order per style, as this may vary from different manufacture we use on our web site. We will tell you what your minimum qty. On each page. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE QTY THAT IS ASK PER PAGE. WE WILL NOT SEND ANY ORDERS OUT UNLESS YOU MEET THE MOQ BY THAT MANUFACTURE.
(4) Samples: There are charges for all samples requested. Some manufacture will refuse to give samples if your order is too small.
(5) Returns: Once order is placed there are no returns. All product is made from over sea and the cost to return your item will be very costly, there for we ask for you to buy samples before placing order to make sure you are 100% happy in your decision. Returns we except back are: If your item becomes damage during transport, we will contact our shipping insurance company to handle all issue and to inspect the product that was damage on your claim form that you summit to L & J Reflection Inc. You must contact L & J Reflection for this claim form. If the wrong item was incorrect, we will contact our manufacture to correct all issue. Some manufacture will issue you a credit for the next time you place an order with us. If it is was only one or two case L & J Reflection Inc. will refund your cost back to you and you must send the product back to our shipping ware house for a full refund. We hire a company to handle our quality control; we will do our best to avoid any issue from accruing. *** Once order is placed our manufacture will start making your product. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your decision, we cannot refund your money because you changed your mind, on a color or style. Everything is made from Overseas.

We need to get paid up front when shipment is ready to be shipped.We will give you your tracking number once order is paid in full. If payment has not been received when order is ready for pick up> there are no refund. If you arrange to have your company pick up the merchandise at your port location and you fail to pick it up by the due date, L & J Reflection Inc. is not responsible for any port fees charges, rental storage fees, or any other fines that accrue.
